In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "s9999," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the s9999 online casino and sportsbook operated at s9999.bid.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with s9999 or accesses any part of the s9999 service.
• "Account" means the individual account created by a Player upon successful registration with s9999.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to use your s9999 account to place bets or access Services on your behalf.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your s9999 account, whether authorised by you or not, unless the unauthorised access resulted directly from s9999's own system failure.
• s9999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months, following reasonable notice where contact details are available.

All deposited funds must originate from payment accounts or cards registered in the Player's own name. Players may request withdrawal of their available real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the s9999 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Breach of this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Players must not use s9999's name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, association, or affiliation without express written consent.
• Game content provided by third-party software providers remains the intellectual property of those providers and is licensed to s9999 for use on the platform. Any attempt to access, extract, or reverse-engineer game software is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, s9999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, whether direct or indirect, arising from use of or inability to use the s9999 platform.
• Any interruption to service, platform downtime, or technical malfunction beyond s9999's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, government-mandated outages, or force majeure events.

s9999's total aggregate liability to any single Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits s9999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

s9999 collects, stores, and processes Players' personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between s9999 and each Player. By registering an account with s9999, Players consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data submitted during registration, KYC verification, and account use is processed for the purposes of account administration, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and (where consented to) marketing communications. s9999 does not sell Player data to third parties.
